Determination of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate in cold noodle and rice noodle by liquid chromatography

摘要:建立高效液相色谱法测定冷面和米线中乙二胺四乙酸二钠的分析方法。样品用水提取后,经三氯化铁络 合,用 Shimpack VP-ODS C18 色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)分离,以四丁基溴化铵 -乙酸钠混合溶液(pH 4.0)-甲醇(体积比为 85∶15)为流动相,等度洗脱,采用紫外检测器检测,检测波长为 254 nm,用色谱峰面积外标法定量。乙二胺四乙酸二钠的质量浓度在 0.5~50 ?g/mL 范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数为 0.999 8,方法检出限为 1.5 mg/kg,定量限为 5.0 mg/kg。冷面和米线样品加标回收率为 90.7%~103.5%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为 1.2%~5.0%(n=6)。该方法操作简单快速。
Abstract:A high performance liquid chromatography method was established for the determination of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate in cold noodles and rice noodles. After extracted with water, the sample was complexed with ferric chloride and subjected to a Shimpack VP-ODS C18 chromatographic column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) separation, the tetrabutylammonium bromide-sodium acetate solution (pH 4.0)-methanol (volume ratio was 85∶15) was used as the mobile phase with equal elution, detected by UV detector at the wavelength of 254 nm, and the chromatographic peak area external standard method was used for quantification. The mass concentration of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate had a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.5-50 μg/mL, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8. The detection limit of the method was 1.5 mg/kg, and the quantitative limit was 5.0 mg/kg. The recovery rates of cold noodle and rice noodle samples were 90.7%-103.5%, and the relative standard deviation of the determination results was 1.2%-5.0% (n=6). The method is simple and rapid.
