采集时间对油料光谱分析仪测量重复性的影响

摘要:分别从积分次数 、积分时间及两者不同组合 3 个方面考察了采集时间对油料光谱分析仪测定 Ag、B、Ba 等21 种元素测量重复性的影响。结果表明,积分时间、积分次数及两者不同组合均会对 21 种元素测量重复性产生规律性影响,但对不同元素的影响并不完全相同。在积分次数固定时,随着积分时间的增加,Ca、Cr、Mg、Mn、Si、Sn 在积分时间为 800 ms 时,其光强信号的相对标准偏差最小 ;Ag、Al、B、Ba、Cd、Fe、Mo、Na 、P 、Pb、V、Zn 在积分时间为 1 000 ms时,其光强信号的相对标准偏差最小;Cu、Ni、Ti 光强信号的相对标准偏差随着积分时间的增加逐渐下降。在积分时间固定时,随着积分次数的增加,除 Cd、Cu 、Mg、Mo 外,其余 17 种元素在积分次数为 20~25 时,其光强信号的相对标准偏差均达到最小水平。在采集时间固定为 20 000 ms 时,Al、B、Ba、Cd、Cr、Fe、Mg、Mn、Ni、P、Pb、Si 、Sn 13 种元素在积分时间为 800 ms、积分次数为 25 次的条件下,其光强信号的相对标准偏差最小,除 Cd 元素外,其余 12 种元素光强信号的相对标准偏差均小于 3.5%(n=10)。该研究结果可为油料光谱分析仪采集时间参数的设置提供借鉴。 
Abstract:The effect of collection time on the measurement repeatability of determination of 21 elements such as Ag, B, Ba, etc. by oil spectral analyzer was investigated from integration frequency, integration time, and different combinations of the two. The results indicated that they all had a regular impact on the measurement repeatability of 21 elements, but the influence to different elements was not entirely the same. When the number of integrations was fixed, with the increase of integration time, the relative standard deviation of the light intensity signal of Ca, Cr, Mg, Mn, Si, Sn was the smallest at an integration time of 800 ms; the relative standard deviation of the light intensity signal of Ag, Al, B, Ba, Cd, Fe, Mo, Na, P, Pb, V, Zn was the smallest at an integration time of 1 000 ms. The relative standard deviation of the light intensity signals of Cu, Ni, and Ti gradually decreased with the increase of integration time. When the integration time was fixed, with the increase of integration times, except for Cd, Cu, Mg, Mo, the relative standard deviation of the light intensity signal of the other 17 elements reached the minimum level when the integration times are 20-25. When the collection time was fixed at 20 000 ms, the relative standard deviation of the light intensity signal of 13 elements, including Al, B, Ba, Cd, Cr, Fe, Mg, Mn, Ni, P, Pb, Si and Sn was the smallest under the condition of an integration time of 800 ms and 25 integration times. Except for Cd element, the relative standard deviation of the light intensity signal of the other 12 elements were all less than 3.5% (n=10). The research results can provided reference for setting the collection time parameters of oil spectral analyzers.
