碘量紫外分光光度法测定碳氢燃料过氧化值

摘要:建立测定碳氢燃料过氧化值的碘量紫外分光光度法。样品溶于乙醇中,加入 0.50 mL 冰乙酸,用饱和碘化钾-乙醇溶液定容至 10 mL,避光显色 90 min,过氧化物在酸性条件下与碘化钾反应生成黄色的 I3-,在 360 nm 处测定吸光度,计算过氧化氢的含量。 过氧化氢的质量浓度在 0.106 1~1.061 μg/mL 范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,相关系数为 0.999 8,方法检出限为 0.015 μg/mL。样品加标回收率为 97.3%~103.6%,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于 5% (n=6)。该法适用于测定碳氢燃料的过氧化值。 
Abstract:A method for the determination of the peroxide value of hydrocarbon fuels by iodimetry and ultraviolet spectrophotometry was established. The sample was dissolved in ethanol, with a dosage of 0.5 mL glacial acetic acid, then it was diluted to 10 mL with the saturated potassium iodide-ethanol solution, and it reacted 90 minutes in dark. Peroxide reacted with potassium iodide under acidic conditions to form yellow I3-, which was able to be measured at wavelength of 360 nm, the content of hydrogen peroxide was calculated. The mass concentration of hydrogen peroxide had a good linear relationship with absorbance in the range of 0.106 1-1.061 μg/mL, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8, and the detection limit of the method was 0.015 μg/mL. The recovery of sample spiking was 97.3%-103.6%, and the relative standard deviation of the determination results was less than 5% (n=6). This method is suitable for the determination of peroxide value of hydrocarbon fuels.
