Sample pretreatment of determination of moisture content in student supplies adhesives by gas chromatography

摘要：采用气相色谱法测定学生用品胶黏剂中水分含量，对样品处理条件进行优化。称取 0.6 g 样品和 0.2 g 异丙醇，置于预先加入玻璃珠的具塞玻璃瓶中，加入 10 mL 的 N，N-二甲基甲酰胺，在摇床上以 400 r/min 速率震荡 90 min，静置沉淀，取 1 μL 上清液进行气相色谱分析。水的质量分数在 5%～95% 范围内线性关系良好，相关系数为 0.999 8，方法检出限为 3%。样品加标回收率为 90%～110%，测定结果的相对标准偏差为 0.11%～0.41%（n=6）。该样品处理方法操作简便，适合大批量样品检测，提高了检测效率，测定结果稳定、可靠。
Abstract：The moisture content in student supplies adhesives was determined by gas chromatography and the sample pretreatment was optimized. 0.6 g sample and 0.2 g isopropanol were put into a stoppered glass bottle with pre added glass beads, shaked on a shaker with a speed of 400 r/min for 90 min after 10 mL of N, N-dimethylformamide was added, and 1 μL supernatant was analyzed by gas chromatography. The mass fraction of water had a good linear relationship in the range of 5%-95%, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8, and the detection limit of the method was 3%. The recovery rate of sample spiking was 90%-110%, and the relative standard deviation of the determination results was 0.11%-0.41% (n=6). The pretreatment method is easy to operate, suitable for mass detection, which improves the detection efficiency, and it is stable and reliable.
