四氯乙烯中石油类溶液标准物质制备

摘要:介绍四氯乙烯中石油类溶液标准物质 GBW(E) 084795 的制备过程。采用气相色谱法 、电感耦合等离子体质谱法、卡尔费休滴定法定量测定原料正十六烷、异辛烷和苯中主成分、无机元素和水分含量,并根据质量平衡法对三种原料的纯度进行定值。以正十六烷、异辛烷和苯为溶质,四氯乙烯为溶剂,采用重量-容量法制备标准物质,以制备值为标准值。使用红外分光光度法对研制的标准物质进行量值核验、均匀性检验和稳定性检验。结果表明,制备的标准物质量值准确,均匀性和稳定性良好,有效期为 12 个月,评定了标准物质的不确定度分量,确认该标准物质的特性量值为 1 000 μg/mL,相对扩展不确定度为 2.5%(k=2)。 
Abstract:The preparation technology of petroleum solution reference material in tetrachloroethylene GBW (E) 084795 was introduced. Gas chromatography, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, and Karl Fischer titration were utilized to quantitatively determine the main components, inorganic elements, and water content in the raw materials (n-hexadecane, isooctane, and benzene), the purities of the three raw materials were determined by the mass balance method. The reference material was prepared by using n-hexadecane, isooctane, and benzene as solutes and tetrachloroethylene as the solvent. The gravity-volume method was employed to prepare the reference material, with the formulating concentration set to the certified value. Infrared spectrophotometry was used to verify the quantity value of the reference material. The homogeneity and stability of the reference material were also tested. The results showed that the value of the reference material was accurate and the homogeneity and stability were good for a period of 12 months. The uncertainty of the reference material was evaluated, and it was determined that the characteristic value of the reference material was 1 000 μg/mL, with the relative expanded uncertainty of 2.5% (k=2).
