摘要:建立高效液相色谱同时检测化妆品中对羟基苯乙酮、苯氧乙醇、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯 5 种成分含量的方法。 样品经甲醇提取后,经 CAPCELL PAK C 色谱柱分离,流动相为乙腈和 0.1% 18 磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,流量为 1.0 mL/min,检测波长为 270 nm,进样体积为 10 μL。对羟基苯乙酮和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯的质量浓度在 0.1~50 mg/L 范围内,苯氧乙醇质量浓度在 2.0~1 000 mg/L 范围内,对羟基苯甲酸乙酯和对羟基苯甲酸丙酯质量浓度均在 0.25~125 mg/L 范围内与色谱峰面积具有线性关系良好,相关系数均为 0.999 9。在水剂 、乳液、膏霜三种基质中,5 种成分低、中 、高 3 个浓度水平的平均加标回收率为 94.16%~102.87%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为 0.9%~6.9%(n=6)。该方法可用于化妆品中对羟基苯乙酮等 5 种防腐剂的含量检测。
Abstract:A high performance liquid chromatography was established for simultaneous determination of five components of cosmetics such as p-hydroxyacetophenone, phenoxyethanol, methyl paraben, ethyl paraben and propyl paraben. The samples were extracted with methanol and separated on CAPCELL PAK C column. Acetonitrile and 0.1% 18 phosphoric acid solution were used as mobile phase for gradient elution with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 270 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. The mass concentration of p-hydroxyacetophenone and methyl p-hydroxybenzoate was within the range of 0.1-50 mg/L, the mass concentration of phenoxyethanol was within the range of 2.0-1 000 mg/L, and the mass concentration of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate and propyl p-hydroxybenzoate was both within the range of 0.25-125 mg/L, it showed good linear relationships with the chromatographic peak areas with correlation coefficients of 0.999 9. The average recoveries were 94.16%-102.87% with the relative standard deviations of 0.9%-6.9% (n=6). The method is able to be used for the determination of p-hydroxyacetophenone and other preservatives in cosmetics has been established.
