摘要:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法、微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法提取杜香挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法分析鉴定,并用GC/MS总离子流色谱峰的峰面积归一化法确定挥发油成分的相对质量分数。结果显示,从水蒸汽蒸馏法、微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法所得挥发油中分别鉴定出了34和33种化合物, 2种提取方法测得挥发油的主要化学成分基本相同,均为β-水芹烯、γ-松油烯、1-甲基-异丙基苯、异松油烯、1-萜品-4醇、α-侧柏醛、松油醇。与水蒸气蒸馏法相比,微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法萃取挥发油的回收率更高,同时可大大缩短提取时间,是一种值得推广的萃取技术。
Abstract:The volatile oil of Ledum palustre was extracted by steam distillation and microwave-assisted steam distillation, analyzed and identi ?ed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and the relative percentage of volatile oil was determined by the peak area normalization of GC-MS total ion ?ow chromatography peak. The results showed that 34 and 33 compounds were identi ?ed from the volatile oils obtained by steam distillation and microwave- assisted steam distillation, respectively. The main chemical components of the volatile oils obtained by the two extraction methods were basically the sameβ-carylene,γ-terpinene, 1-methyl-2 isopropyl benzene, isoprene, 1-terpene-4 alcohol, α-platycladus orientalis aldehyde, terpineol. Compared with steam distillation, microwave-assisted steam distillation has higher recovery rate and can greatly shorten the extraction time, which is an extraction technology worthy of popularization.
