摘要:探讨了控制图在电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定钛合金中铝量的测量系统与试验过程质量控制中探讨了控制图在电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定钛合金中铝量的测量系统与试验过程质量控制中的应用。对Ti-6Al-4V(TC44)钛合金质控样品中铝含量的系列期间测量结果进行了正态性检验、精密度与偏倚检验,建立了单值和移动极差控制图。利用叠加指数加权移动平均值,进一步提高微小漂移的检出灵敏度。控制图未见失控点,测量系统与试验过程处于受控状态。基于Top-down理念,评定了测量不确定度,测量结果表示为w(Al)=(6.55±0.13)%,k=2。控制图可反映较长时期内的质量控制水平,适用于实验室常规检测项目的过程质量控制。 
Abstract:The application of control chart in quality control audit during the measurement system and test process for determination of aluminum contents in titanium alloy by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was discussed. The normality,precision and bias of series measurement results of aluminum content in Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy quality control samples under intermediate precision conditions were tested, then the single value and moving range control charts were established. Moreover, the exponentially weighted moving average chart was plotted to improve the detection sensitivity of micro drift of the measurement system. The quality control adult of the measurement system and test progress was monitored completely and systematically. There was no out-of-control point in control charts, indicating that whole measurement system and test progress was in controlled state. The measurement uncertainty was evaluated based on top-down approach, expressed as w(Al)=(6.55±0.13)%,k=2. The control chart could reflect the quality control level for a relatively longer period, which would be suitable and practical for the process quality control of routine test in laboratories.
