摘要:建立快速检测塑料产品中甲基六氢苯酐(MHHPA)和六氢苯酐(HHPA)的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)方法。采用甲醇对样品进行衍生,用Agilent poroshell 120 SB-Aq(150 mm×3.0 mm,2.7 μm)色谱柱分离,流动相为水和甲醇。质谱使用电喷雾离子源(ESI),以负离子多反应监测(MRM)方式进行检测。在优化的分析条件下,MHHPA和HHPA的质量浓度在5~100 μg/L范围内与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数不小于0.999 5,检出限分别为0.38 μg/L和0.26 μg/L。在3种加标水平下,两种化合物的平均加标回收率为99.7%~101.9%,6次重复测定结果的相对标准偏差小于3.0%。该方法可满足塑料产品中MHHPA和HHPA的检测。  
Abstract:A method was established for the determination of methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride(MHHPA) and hexahydrophthalic anhydride(HHPA) in plastic products by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). The sample was derived with methanol, separated by Agilent poroshell 120 SB-Aq(150 mm×3.0 mm, 2.7 μm) column with water and methanol as mobile phase. MHHPA and HHPA was analyzed under the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode with negative electrospray ionization (ESI). Under the optimized analysis conditions, the mass concentrations of MHHPA and HHPA had good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 5-100 μg/L, the correlation coefficients were more than 0.999 5, the detection limits of MHHPA and HHPA were 0.38 μg/L and 0.26 μg/L, respectively. The average spiking recovery for MHHPA and HHPA ranged from 99.7% to 101.9%, the relative standard derivation of 6 determination results was less than 3.0%. This method is suitable for the determination of MHHPA and HHPA in plastic products.
