摘要:建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定果汁及乳饮料中酸性橙Ⅱ、酸性黄36、偶氮玉红、赤藓红、诱惑红、日落黄、喹啉黄、罗丹明B、柯衣定等9种焦油色素的方法。样品经过沉淀剂(铁氰化钾)沉淀蛋白,用20%柠檬酸溶液调pH值至5,然后用WAX固相萃取柱净化,在高效液相色谱-串联质谱多反应监测(MRM)模式下定性、定量。9种焦油色素的质量浓度与对应色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,偶氮玉红、赤藓红、诱惑红、日落黄的质量浓度线性范围为0.5~200 μg/L,其它焦油色素的线性范围为0.5~50 μg/L,线性相关系数均大于0.998,9种焦油色素检出限为0.5 μg/kg。样品加标回收率为78.0%~97.08%,6次重复测定结果的相对标准偏差为4.49%~11.72%。该方法适用于检测果汁及乳饮料中多种焦油色素含量。 
Abstract:A method for the simultaneous determination of 9 kinds of tar pigments in fruit juice and milk drink by HPLC-MS/MS was developed, including of orangeⅡsodiumsalt, acid yellow 36, azorubine, erythrosin B sodium salt, allura red AC, sunset yellow FCF, quinoline yellow, rhodamine B, chrysoidin. The sample was precipitated by precipitant(Potassium ferricyanide), pH was adjusted to 5 with 20% citric acid solution, then it was purified by WAX solid phase extraction column, qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (MRM). There was a good linear relationship between the mass concentration of 9 tar pigments and the chromatographic peak area, the linear range of azorubine, erythrosin B sodium salt, allura red AC, sunset yellow FCF was 0.5-200 μg/L, the linear range of other tar pigments was 0.5-50 μg/L, the linear correlation coefficients were all more than 0.998, and the detection limit of 9 tar pigments was 0.5 μg/kg. The recoveries were 78.0%-97.08%, and the relative standard deviations of six repeated determinations were 4. 49%-11. 72%. The method is suitable for detecting the content of various tar pigments in fruit juice and milk drinks.
