连续流动分析法快速测定加热不燃烧卷烟专用新型薄片中甲醛、乙醛的醛基总含量

摘要:建立连续流动分析法快速测定加热不燃烧(HNB)卷烟专用新型薄片中甲醛和乙醛的醛基总含量。称取剪碎的HNB专用新型薄片样品(0.5 cm×0.5 cm)0.500 0 g,加入0.01 mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液50 mL和1.5 g活性炭,振荡1 h,过滤,收集滤液。滤液中醛基与酚试剂在线反应生嗪,嗪在酸性溶液中被高价铁离子氧化形成在630 nm波长处有吸收的蓝绿色复合物,采用连续流动-分光光度法监测630 nm处吸光度的变化,可推算得到薄片中甲醛和乙醛的醛基总含量。该方法仪器流路流量最佳配置为样品溶液和硫酸铁铵试剂均为0.23 mL/min,酚试剂为1.00 mL/min,反应混合圈为5匝。该方法检出限为0.42 mg/kg,定量限为1.40 mg/kg,加标回收率为93.00%~103.33%,5次重复测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于2%。该方法适合用于薄片企业生产质量监管。  
Abstract:A continuous flow analysis method was established for the rapid determination of total aldehyde group content of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde in a new type of HNB(heating not combustion) cigarette sheet. A new type of HNB special sheet sample (cut up to 0.5 cm×0.5 cm) 0.500 0 g was weighed, 50 mL of 0.01 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution and 1.5 g activated carbon were added, then oscillate for 1 h, filter and collect filtrate. The aldehyde group in the filtrate reacted with the phenol reagent online to form a azine. The azine was oxidized by high ferric ion in the acid solution to form a blue-green complex with absorption at 630 nm. The change of absorbance at 630 nm was monitored by continuous flow-spectrophotometry, and the total aldehyde group content of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde in the sheet was calculated. The optimal flow rate of the instrument was 0.23 mL/min for both sample solution and ammonium ferric sulfate reagent, 1.00 mL/min for phenol reagent, and 5 turns for reaction mixing. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the limit of detection was 0.42 mg/kg, the limit of quantification was 1.40 mg/kg, the recoveries were from 93.00% to 103.33%, and the relative standard deviations of 5 determination results were all less than 2%. The method is suitable for the production quality supervision of wafer enterprises.
