摘要：建立一种烟草用爆珠中4种苏丹红（苏丹红Ⅰ、苏丹红Ⅱ、苏丹红Ⅲ、苏丹红Ⅳ）含量的固相萃取-高效液相色谱测定方法。爆珠样品用热水加热溶解，用SPE苏丹红专用柱富集，氮吹至近干，用1 mL乙腈复溶，过0.45 μm滤膜后上样分析。采用C18色谱柱，以乙腈和水为流动相等度洗脱分离，二极管阵列检测器检测，外标法定量，15 min内实现4种苏丹红的完全分离。4种苏丹红的质量浓度在一定范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系，线性相关系数均大于0.999。加标回收率为87.18%～95.28%，6次重复测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.15%～7.38%。该方法可实现烟草用爆珠中苏丹红的快速检测。
Abstract：A method for determination of sudan Ⅰ, sudan Ⅱ, sudan Ⅲand sudan Ⅳin cigarette capsules by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography was established. The samples were extracted by heating water, then enriched by SPE column and injected after filter with 0.45 μm. The chromatographic separation was performed on a chromatography column-C18 by isocratic elution with acetonitrile and water in 15 min. The diode array detector was used for the quantitative analysis by the external standard. The mass concentration of four sudan dyes had good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak areas in their respective ranges, the correlation coefficients were all more than 0.999. Recoveries of 4 kinds of sudan dyes were 87.18%-95.28%, and the relative standard deviation of six determination results were 1.15%-7.38%. The method is suitable for the rapid determination of sudan dyes in cigarette capsules.
