摘要: 建立气相色谱法测定食品接触用共聚酯制品中 2,2,4,4-四甲基 -1,3-环丁二醇迁移量的方法。食品模 拟物浸泡液采用 DB-WAX 色谱柱分离,用火焰离子化(FID)检测器检测,以外标法定量。水基、酸性、酒精类模拟物 中 2,2,4,4-四甲基 -1,3-环丁二醇的质量浓度在 0.1~2.0 mg/L 范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,油基模拟 物中 2,2,4,4-四甲基 -1,3-环丁二醇的质量浓度在 0.1~2.0 mg/kg 范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性相 关系数均大于 0.995。测定结果的相对标准偏差为 1.0%~2.6%(n =6),平均回收率为 89.5%~105.1%。该方法适用 于食品接触用共聚酯制品中 2,2,4,4-四甲基 -1,3-环丁二醇迁移量的测定。
Abstract:A method for the determination of 2, 2, 4, 4-tetramethyl-1, 3-cyclobutanediol migration in tritan copolyester products for food contact by gas chromatography was established. The soaking solution of food simulant was separated by DB-WAX column, detected by flame ionization detector(FID) detector and quantified by external standard method. The mass concentration of 2, 2, 4, 4-tetramethyl-1, 3-cyclobutanediol in water-based, acidic and alcohol simulants showed good linear relationships with the peak areas in the range of 0.1-2.0 mg/L, the mass concentration of 2, 2, 4, 4-tetramethyl-1, 3-cyclopentanediol in the oil-based analog showed a good linear relationship with the peak area of the chromatography in the range of 0.1-2.0 mg/kg, and the linear correlation coefficients were more than 0.995. The relative standard deviations were 1.0%-2.6%(n =6), and the average recoveries were 89.5%-105.1%. The method is suitable for the determination of migration of 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutanediol in copolyester products for food contact.
