摘要:建立离子色谱-抑制电导检测法测定实验室废水中邻苯二甲酸根的新方法。采用SH-AC-3型阴离子交换柱为分离柱,以12.0 mmol/L Na2CO3溶液为淋洗液,流量为1.0 mL/min,柱温为35℃,采用等度洗脱的方式可将邻苯二甲酸根与氯化物、硝酸盐和硫酸盐等常见阴离子完全分离,通过抑制电导检测。邻苯二甲酸根的色谱峰面积与其质量浓度在0.20~50.0 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r为0.9999,检出限为0.10 mg/L。该方法应用于实验室废水中邻苯二甲酸根的测定,加标回收率为98.0%~102.6%,5次平行测定结果的相对标准偏差小于3%。该方法可用于废水中微量邻苯二甲酸根的定量分析。 
Abstract:A method was developed for the determination of phthalic acid root in laboratory waste water by ion chromatography-suppressed conductivity detection. SH-AC-3 anion exchange column was used as separation column, 12.0 mol/L Na2CO3 solution was used as eluent, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 35℃, the phthalic acid root was completely separated from common anions such as chlorides, nitrates and sulfates and was detected by inhibiting conductance. The mass concentration of phthalic acid root had good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.20-50.0 mg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9999, the detection limit was 0.10 mg/L. The method was applied to the determination of phthalic acid root in laboratory wastewater, the recovery rate was 98.0%-102.6%. The relative standard deviation of 5 parallel determination results was less than 3%. The method can be used for quantitative analysis of trace phthalic acid root in laboratory waste water.
