摘要:评定电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定燃料油加氢精制催化剂中贵金属铂含量的测量不确定度。
电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测量不确定度主要来源于测量重复性、标准工作曲线拟合、天平称量以及标准溶液配制和稀释4 个分量,其中测量重复性和标准工作曲线拟合对合成不确定度的贡献最大。结果表明,当燃料油加氢精制催化剂中贵金属铂含量为0.168% 时,扩展不确定度为0.006%(k=2)。
Abstract:The determination uncertainty of the platinum content in hydrorefining catalyst for fuel oil by inductively
coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) was evaluated. The main sources of the uncertainty of this method
were four components: measurement repeatability, standard working curve fitting, balance weighing process, dilution and preparation of standard solution. The measurement repeatability and standard working curve fitting contributed the most to the uncertainty of synthesis. The results showed that the extended uncertainty was 0.006%(k=2), when the content of platinum in hydrorefining catalyst was 0.168%.
