摘要:建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定小儿生血糖浆中硫酸亚铁的分析方法。采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定小儿生血糖浆中铁的浓度,根据铁的浓度换算成硫酸亚铁的浓度。火焰燃烧类型为空气-乙炔,测定波长为248.3 nm,测定时间为4.0 s,燃气流量为0.9 L/min,燃烧器高度为7.2 mm,氘灯作为背景校正。结果表明,小儿生血糖浆中铁元素的质量浓度在1.6~24.0 μg/mL 范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 9,方法的检出限为0.196 μg/mL,定量限为0.653 μg/mL。测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.63%(n=6),样品加标回收率为93.54%~97.65%。该方法分析速度快,专属性强,灵敏度高,可用于小儿生血糖浆中硫酸亚铁的测定。 
Abstract:A method of the determination of ferrous sulfate in Xiao'er Shengxue Syrup by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was established. The concentration of iron in Xiao'er Shengxue Syrup was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and converted into the concentration of ferrous sulfate. The flame combustion type was air acetylene, the detection wavelength was 248.3 nm, the measurement time was 4.0 s, the gas flow rate was 0.9 L/min, the burner height was 7.2 mm, and the deuterium lamp was used as background correction. The results showed that the mass concentration of iron in Xiao'er Shengxue Syrup had a good linear relationship with the absorbance in the range of 1.6-24.0 μg/mL, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the detection limit was 0.196 μg/mL, and the quantification limit was 0.653 μg/mL. The relative standard deviation of the determination results was 0.63%(n=6), and the recoveries were 93.54%-97.65%. The method is rapid, strong specificity and high sensitivity, which can be used for determinate of ferrous sulfate in Xiao'er Shengxue Syrup.
