摘要:建立了同时测定某混合炸药中RDX 与FOX-7 组分含量的高效液相色谱法。优化后的色谱条件:采用C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),检测波长为210 nm,流动相为乙腈-水(60∶40),柱温为25 ℃,流量为1.0 mL/min,进样体积为2 μL。RDX 的质量浓度在0.12~0.72 mg/mL 范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 9,FOX-7 的质量浓度在0.24~1.44 mg/mL 范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数为0.998 0。RDX、FOX-7 的平均回收率分别为99.5% 和100.5%,相对标准偏差分别为0.490% 和0.258%(n=6)。该方法可应用于实际组分检测中。  
Abstract:A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed for the simultaneous determination of RDX and FOX-7 in a mixed explosive. The optimized chromatographic conditions were as follows: C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), detection wavelength was 210 nm, mobile phase was acetonitrile/water (60∶40), column temperature was 25 ℃, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, injection volume was 2 μL. The linear range of RDX was 0.12-0.72 mg/mL, and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9. The linear range of FOX-7 was 0.24-1.44 mg/mL, and the correlation coefficient was 0.998 0. The average recoveries of RDX and FOX-7 were 99.5% and 100.5%, respectively, and the relative standard deviations were 0.490% and 0.258% (n=6), respectively. The method can be applied to the actual component detection.
