摘要:建立了高效液相色谱法测定着色剂食品黄3 中6 种磺酸类杂质的分析方法。采用纯水超声提取样品,以乙腈-四丁基溴化铵水溶液为流动相,经Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)色谱柱分离后,用二极管阵列检测器(DAD)进行检测。以保留时间和紫外吸收光谱定性,外标法定量。6 种磺酸类杂质在相应的质量浓度范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)均大于0.999,检出限为0.01~0.15 mg/L,定量限为0.03~0.50 mg/L,平均加标回收率为94.3%~99.3%,相对标准偏差为0.85%~3.95%(n=6)。该方法快速、高效、准确,适用于食品黄3 中6 种磺酸类杂质的测定。 
Abstract:A high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method was established for the simultaneous determination of 6 sulfonic acid impurities in colorants food yellow 3. The samples were extracted with pure water, then separated on an Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column utilizing a mobile phase of acetonitrile-tetrabutylammonium bromide aqueous solution and detected by DAD. The qualitative analysis was based on retention time and ultraviolet absorbance, while quantitative analysis was performed by the external standard method. The test showed that there was a good linear relationship between 6 sulfonic acid impurities and the chromatographicpeak areas in the corresponding concentration range, with their correlation coefficients (r2) all more than 0.999. The limits of detection and limits of quantitation of the method were in the ranges of 0.01-0.15 mg/L and 0.03-0.50 mg/L, respectively. The average recoveries were 94.3%-99.3% with the relative standard deviations of 0.85%-3.95%(n=6). The method is fast, efficient, accurate, and it could be applied for the simultaneous determination of six sulfonic acid impurities in food yellow 3.
