摘要:对SI基本单位重新定义后国外在计量技术领域的最新研究进展进行综述。通过收集梳理SI单位重新定义后国内外文献,从量子精密测量技术、SI单位制技术转化、新材料测试技术等方面分析了国外工业发达国家在计量技术领域的最新研究成果。结合当前计量前沿技术发展趋势,从技术、资源、管理3方面对我国国防计量发展提出了建议。研究成果可为我国计量发展提供参考和借鉴。
Abstract:The latest research progress of metrology technology abroad after the redefinition of SI basic unit was reviewed. By collecting and sorting of the domestic and foreign literatures after the redefinition of SI system of units, the latest research achievements in the field of measurement technology in developed countries were analyzed from the aspects of quantum precision measurement technology, SI unit technology transformation, new material testing technology. Combined with the development trend of current measurement frontier technology, suggestions were put forward for the development of national defense metrology in China from the aspects of technology, resources and management. The research results can provide reference for the development of measurement in China.
