摘要:为了解和评价有关实验室对车用陶瓷催化剂中贵金属的检测能力,设计并实施了车用陶瓷催化剂中贵金属检测能力验证计划,详细介绍了能力验证计划的实施过程,包括方案设计、结果统计和能力评定、技术分析与建议等。采用单因子方差分析法和平均值一致性检验法对样品进行均匀性和稳定性检验,采用Z比分数评定各参加实验室结果。结果显示,样品均匀性和稳定性符合能力验证要求,各参加实验室检测能力总体较好。本计划的实施有助于了解国内相关领域实验室对车用陶瓷催化器贵金属含量检测的整体水平,为实验室获得认证认可提供技术依据。  
Abstract:In order to understand and evaluate the detection ability of precious metal in vehicle ceramic catalyst in relevant laboratories, a proficiency testing program for the detection ability of precious metals in vehicle ceramic catalysts was designed and implemented. The proficiency testing program was described in detail, including design of the program, statistical design, statistical calculation of the results, technical analysis and suggestions, etc. Homogeneity and stability of the samples were tested by the single factor variance analysis and the significance test, and Z-scores were used to evaluate the results of the participating laboratories. The results showed that the homogeneity and stability of the samples met the requirements of proficiency testing program, and the competence of each participating laboratory was generally good. The proficiency testing program would be good for investigating the level of participating laboratories in determination of precious metal content in vehicle ceramic catalyst, and providing technically support for laboratory certification and accreditation.
