超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定蔬菜中12种杀菌剂

摘要:建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱同时测定蔬菜中12种杀菌剂的分析方法。蔬菜样品以乙腈为提取液进行萃取,上清液经QuEChERS分散固相萃取试剂盒净化,在正离子电离模式下,以多反应监测(MRM)模式进行定性和定量。12种杀菌剂在各自的质量浓度范围内与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.998,检出限为0.02~0.66 μg/kg;样品平均加标回收率为93.6%~107.5%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.93%~3.75%(n=6)。该方法净化过程简便、快捷,方法灵敏度和精密度高,选择性强,适用于蔬菜中12种杀菌剂残留的同时测定。  
Abstract:A method for simultaneous determination of 12 fungicides in vegetables by ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was establish. Acetonitrile was used to extract fungicides from vegetable samples, the supernatant was purified by QuEChERS dispersive solid phase extraction kit. In the positive ion ionization mode, qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode. The mass concentration of the 12 fungicides had a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in their respective ranges, the correlation coefficients were all more than 0.998, and the detection limits were 0.02-0.66 μg/kg. The recoveries of average standard addition were 93.6%-107.5%, and the relative standard deviations of detemination results were 0.93%-3.75%(n=6). The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, precision and selective, which is suitable for simultaneous determination of 12 fungicides residues in vegetables.
