摘要:建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱同时测定多金属矿石中铜、铅、锌、银4种元素的分析方法。采用盐酸-硝酸溶解样品,以5%盐酸溶液为分析介质,在优选的分析谱线下,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法进行测定。4种待测元素在各自的质量浓度范围内与光谱强度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数均不小于0.999 3,各元素的检出限均在0.001 5~0.045 μg/mL之间,平均回收率为96.00%~100.27%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.53%~2.50%(n=6)。采用该方法对GBW 07162,GBW 07163和实验室内部控制样品进行测定,测定值与认定值或参考值基本一致,相对偏差不大于2.44%。该方法简单、快速,具有较高的准确度和精密度,适用于多金属矿石中铜、铅、锌、银等元素的同时测定,在多金属矿石分析工作中具有很好的应用价值。  
Abstract:A method for simultaneous determination of copper, lead, zinc and silver in polymetallic ores by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) was established. The sample was dissolved in hydrochloric acid-nitric acid, and 5% hydrochloric acid solution was used as the analysis medium, and the determination was carried out by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry under the optimized analysis spectral line. The mass concentration of the four elements had a good linear relationship with the spectral intensity in their respective range, the linear correlation coefficients were not less than 0.999 3. The detection limit of each element was 0.001 5-0.045 μg/mL, The average recoveries were 96.00%-100.27%, and the relative standard deviation of determination results was 0.53%-2.50%(n=6). The method was used to determine GBW 07162, GBW 07163 and laboratory internal control samples.The measured values were basically consistent with the certified values or reference values, and the relative deviation was less than 2.44%. The method is simple, rapid, with high accuracy and precision. It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of copper, lead, zinc, silver and other elements in polymetallic ores, which has a good application value in the analysis of polymetallic ores.
