离子色谱法同时测定地下水中8种无机阴离子

摘要:建立离子色谱法同时测定地下水中F -,Cl-,NO2-,Br-,NO3-,HPO42-,SO32-,SO42- 8种无机阴离子的方法。以IonPac AS 14A阴离子交换色谱柱为分析柱,以6.0 mmoL/L Na2CO3-5.0 mmoL/L NaHCO3为流动相,流量为1.0 mL/min,在优化的的仪器工作条件下进行测定。8种阴离子在各自质量浓度范围内与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均不小于0.999,方法检出限为0.003~0.049 mg/L。用所建方法分别对3种不同浓度的混合标准溶液进行测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.62%~2.90%(n=6),对两个不同地区的地下水样品进行加标回收试验,加标回收率为92.64%~107.8%。该方法检出限低,精密度高,准确性好,简便快速,可在18 min内完成地下水中8种阴离子的分析测定,满足地下水中常规阴离子的检测要求。  
Abstract:The method was established for the simultaneous determination of F-, Cl-, NO2-, Br-, NO3-, HPO42-, SO32- and SO42- in groundwater by ion chromatography. IonPac AS 14A anion exchange chromatography column was used as the analytical column, 6.0 mmol/L Na2CO3-5.0 mmol/L NaHCO3 was used as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the determination was carried out under the optimized working conditions of the instrument. The mass concentration of the eight anions had a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in their respective ranges, the correlation coefficients were not less than 0.999, and the detection limits of the method were 0.003-0.049 mg/L. The established method was used to measure three mixed standard solutions of different concentrations, the relative standard deviations of the measurement results were 0.62%-2.90%(n=6). The standard addition recovery test was conducted on groundwater samples from two different regions, the standard addition recoveries were 92.64%-107.8%. The method has low detection limit, high precision, good accuracy, simplicity and speed. It can complete the determination of eight anions in groundwater within 18 minutes, which meet the measurement requirements of conventional anions in groundwater.
