摘要:分子印迹传感器是将基于分子印迹技术制备的印迹敏感膜或可填充的多孔珠作为传感器的识别元件,具有抗恶劣环境强、成本低廉、操作简单、检测快速及易微型化等优点,在农药残留快速检测领域展现了巨大的潜力。介绍了分子印迹传感器的系统原理、分类及制备方法,重点综述了不同制备方法下的分子印迹传感器在农药残留快速检测中的应用。分子印迹目前机理仍不清晰,应用领域有待拓宽,对存在问题进行了总结并展望。
Abstract:Molecularly imprinted sensor was an identification element which was prepared on the basis of molecularly imprinted technology, molecularly imprinted sensing film or a fillable porous bead was used as the identification element of the sensor, which had the advantages of strong anti-bad environment, low cost, simple operation, rapid detection and easy miniaturization. It showed a good application prospect in the field of rapid detection of pesticide residues. Based on the molecular imprinting sensor, the principle, classification and preparation methods of the sensor were systematically introduced, the application of molecularly imprinted sensors with different preparation methods in the rapid detection of pesticide residues was reviewed. However, the mechanism of molecularly imprinted sensors was still unclear and the application field needs to be expanded. The existing problems of molecularly imprinted sensors were summarized and prospected.
