电感耦合等离子体质谱法快速检测焙烤食品中锡、铝、镉、铅、砷、锰、铜

摘要:建立全自动石墨消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定焙烤食品中锡、铝、镉、铅、砷、锰、铜元素含量的检测方法。取焙烤食品样品,用粉碎机粉碎,称取约0.3 g,置于全自动石墨消解仪中进行消解,采用HNO3-H2O2(1∶1)消解溶剂,消解完毕后用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定,以内标法定量。锡、铝、镉、铅、砷、锰、铜的质量浓度在0.02~10.0 μg/L具有较好的线性关系,线性相关系数均大于0.997,样品的方法检出限为0.009~0.038 μg/kg,加标回收率为90.8%~105.2%,相对标准偏差均小于5.0%(n=6).。该方法样品处理简单快捷,无污染,测定结果准确,适用于焙烤食品中重金属残留的监测。 
Abstract:The method of automatic microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was estiblished for determining tin, aluminum, cadmium, lead, arsenic, manganese and copper in baked food. 0.3 g baked samples which had been smashed was tooken and put into automatic graphite digestion instrument for digestion. HNO3-H2O2 solution (1∶1) was selected as the digestion acid system, samples were determined by ICP-MS after digestion, and quantified by internal standard method. The mass concentration of tin, aluminum, cadmium, lead, arsenic, manganese and copper showed good linear relationships in the range of 0.02-10.0 μg/L with the corelation coefficients more than 0.997. The detection limits were 0.009-0.038 μg/kg, the recoveries of 7 metals were ranged from 90.8% to 105.2%, and the relative standard deviations were all less than 5%(n=6). This method was proved to be simple for sample treatment, little pollution to environment and accurate, which can be used for monitoring heavy metal residues in baked food.
