内标校正气相色谱法测定水体中硝基苯类化合物

摘要:建立了一种双柱定性内标校正气相色谱测定水中15种硝基苯类化合物的方法。利用1-溴-2-硝基苯作为内标进行校正,15种硝基苯类化合物校正曲线线性相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.007~0.17 μg/L,3个加标水平样品的平均回收率为77.5%~110%,测定值的相对标准偏差为0.66%~9.41%(n=6)。方法精密度、准确度满足分析要求,可用于地表水和地下水中15种硝基苯类化合物的检测。
Abstract:A dual-column gas chromatography coupled with internal standard correction method was applied to the determination of 15 kinds of nitrobenzene homologues in water. By using 1-bromo-2-nitrobenzene as internal standard, the linear correlation coefficients of the correction curves were all more than 0.999, and the detection limits were 0.007-0.17 μg/L.
The average recoveries of the three levels standard addition samples were 77.5%-110%, and the relative standard deviations of determination results were 0.66%-9.41%(n=6). The precision and accuracy of the method can meet the analysis requirement, and the method can be used to detect nitrobenzene homologues in surface water and ground water.
