摘要:利用微波消解仪消解土壤样品,采用电感藕合等离子体发射光谱仪测定土壤中硫的含量。以浓王水为消解试剂,对土壤样品进行微波消解,优化了王水用量,考察了微波消解条件、谱线干扰情况和仪器参数对硫灵敏度的影响。硫的质量浓度在0~40 mg/L范围内与光谱强度具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9997,硫的检出限为0.053 mg/L。土壤中硫测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.54%~7.84%(n=7)。对六种土壤国家一级标准物质进行了测定,测定结果与推荐值相符,无显著性差异。该方法简便、准确,分析效率高,能够满足日常批量样品分析的要求。 
Abstract:A method for determination of sulfur in soil by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) with microwave digestion was established. Aqua regia solution was used for microwave digestion of soil samples, the amount of aqua regia was optimized. The effects of microwave digestion conditions, spectral line interference and instrument parameters on sulfur sensitivity were investigated. Under optimal conditions, the mass concentration of sulfur in the range of 0-40 mg/L had a good linear relationship with the spectral intensity, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9997, and the detection limit of this method was 0.053 mg/L. The relative standard deviation of determination results was 1.54%-7.84%(n=7). The method has been applied to the determination of sulfur in national reference materials and the results were in agreement with certified values. The method is simple, fast, accurate and efficient, which can meet the requirements of daily batch sample analysis.
