Determination of trace zinc in barium ore by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with sulfate precipitation separation

摘要：建立电感耦合等离子体质谱（ICP-MS）仪测定钡矿石中锌的方法。研究了Ba++对66Zn的干扰及干扰消除方法。在酸性介质中，硫酸与钡离子形成稳定的硫酸钡沉淀，通过过滤分离沉淀，锌保留在溶液中。在碰撞池模式下，利用铑（Rh）作为内标校正仪器漂移和基体效应，用ICP-MS法测定过滤后的溶液。锌的质量浓度在0.1～200 μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系，线性相关系数为0.999 9，方法检出限为6.9 μg/g。测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于5%（n=5）。用该方法测定国家标准物质，测定值与推荐值相符。该法操作简便，测定结果可靠，适于钡矿石中微量锌的测定。
Abstract：The method for determing zinc in barium ore by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was established. The interference of Ba++ on 66Zn and the interference elimination method were studied. In acid medium, the stable barium sulfate precipitation was formed with sulfuric acid and barium, which was separated by filtration, and zinc was retained in the solution. In the collisions and kinetic energy discrimination mode, Rh was used as internal standard in calibrating instrument drift and matrix effect. The filtered solution was detected by ICP-MS. The concentration of zinc in the range of 0.1-200 μg/L showed good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, and the detection limit of zinc was 6.9 μg/g. The relative standard deviation of the determination results was less than 5%(n=5). The results were in conformity with recommended value for determination of the national standard substance by this method. The method is simple, reliable and suitable for the determination of trace zinc in barium ores.
