核燃料分析用多元素混合标准溶液的研制

摘要:根据我国核燃料产品中杂质元素的含量范围,研制了Al,As,Cu,Fe,Cr,Zn,Zr,Dy,Eu,Gd等10种元素多元素混合标准溶液。采用重量-容量法制备了Al,As,Cu,Fe,Cr,Zn和Zr,Dy,Eu,Gd两组混合溶液标准物质,以配制值作为溶液标准物质的标准值。利用F检验法和t检验法对混合溶液标准物质的均匀性和稳定性进行了检验,结果表明其均匀性与稳定性良好。Al,As,Cu,Fe,Cr,Zn混合溶液标准物质定值结果均为50 μg/mL,相对扩展不确定度分别为1.1%,0.9%,1.4%,1.2%,1.0%,1.1%(k=2),Zr,Dy,Eu,Gd混合溶液标准物质定值结果均为10 μg/mL,相对扩展不确定度分别为1.4%,1.2%,1.4%,1.5%(k=2)。结果表明,该标准物质满足国家标准物质技术要求,量值准确可靠,可用于核燃料产品中杂质元素的分析检测。 
Abstract:Multi-element mixed certified reference solutions including Al, As, Cu, Fe, Ta, V, Cr, Zn, Zr, Dy, Eu, Gd were developed, according to impurity content in national nuclear fuel products. Two groups of mixed solution reference materials containing elements of Al, As, Cu, Fe, Ta, V, Cr, Zn and Zr, Dy, Eu and Gd was prepared by weight - volume method with the formulating concentration as certified value. The uniformity and stability of mixed solution reference materials were tested, which were considered to be good. The certified values of Al, As, Cu, Fe, Ta, V, Cr, Zn in mixed solution reference materials were 50 μg/mL with the relative expanded uncertainty of 1.1%, 0.9%, 1.4%, 1.2%, 1.0%, 1.1%(k=2), respectively, and the certified values of Zr, Dy, Eu, Gd in mixed solution reference materials were 10 μg/mL with the relative expanded uncertainty of 1.4%, 1.2%, 1.4%, 1.5%(k=2), respectively. The results showed that the the reference material has accurate and reliable values, and it can be used for the analysis of impurity elements in nuclear fuel products.
