建立极谱法同时测定海水中铜、镉、铅、锌的含量。在10.0~35.0℃条件下,试样于-1.15 V 恒压下电解,富
集在汞电极上生成汞齐,并随电极电位的变化而发生氧化还原反应,产生电流,通过标准加入法进行定性和定量。铜、
镉、铅、锌的检出限分别为0.64,0.14,0.17,2.0 μg/L,定量限分别为2.5,0.50,0.50,10.0 μg/L。样品加标回收率为
80.4%~106.0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.43%~6.09%(n=6)。该法具有操作简便、抗干扰性能强、灵敏度高等特
点,能够满足海水中铜、镉、铅、锌的监测要求。
Abstract:A polarographic method was established for the simultaneous determination of copper, cadmium, lead
and zinc in seawater. The sample was electrolyzed at -1.15 V under the condition of 10.0-35.0℃. It was enriched on the
mercury electrode to form mercury amalgam, and the redox reaction occurs with the change of the electrode potential.
The current was generated. The sample was qualitatively and quantitatively determined by standard addition method. The
detection limits of copper, cadmium, lead and zinc were 0.64, 0.14, 0.17, 2.0 μg/L, respectively, and the quantitative limits
were 2.5, 0.50, 0.50, 10.0 μg/L, respectively. The recoveries were 80.4%-106.0%, and the relative standard deviations
were 0.43%-6.09%(n=6). The method has the advantages of simple operation, strong anti-interference performance and
high sensitivity, and can meet the monitoring requirements of copper, cadmium, lead and zinc in seawater.
