摘要:结合液晶材料的性能特点和标准物质的一般要求,讨论了液晶标准物质的筛选方法。室温下呈现向列液晶相、光热稳定性好、合适的量值范围、易于获取是作为液晶标准物质必须满足的条件。优选了具有较高双折射率的4'-戊基-4-氰基联苯(5CB)和混合液晶(E7)作为液晶光学器件用标准物质。针对液晶显示对高可靠性液晶材料的要求,优选了4-{4-反式-[2-(反式-4-乙基环己基)乙基]环己基}-1,2-二氟苯(2CECGF)和混合液晶001作为标准物质。对单体液晶和混合液晶标准物质的基本制备方法进行了讨论,指出液晶化合物精制提纯工艺是该类标准物质制备的关键。 
Abstract:According to the performance characteristics of liquid crystals and the general requirements of reference materials, the method of screening liquid crystal as reference materials was discussed. For liquid crystal reference material, it should have nematic phase at room temperature, good stability to light and heat, suitable range of quantity and be easy to obtain. The preferred single liquid crystal compound 4'-pentyl-4-cyanobiphenyl (5CB) and mixture E7 were chosen as reference material for liquid crystal photonic devices because of their high birefringence. The preferred single liquid crystal compound 4-{4-trans-[2-(trans-4-ethylcyclohexyl)ethyl]cyclohexyl}-1,2-difluorobenzene (2CECGF) and mixture 001 were chosen as reference material for liquid crystals display devices because of their high reliability. The basic preparation methods of liquid crystal single compound and mixture were discussed, and it was pointed out that the purification method and process was the key to the preparation of liquid crystal reference materials.
