聚叠氮缩水甘油醚相对分子质量标准物质制备

摘要:为了高效制备聚叠氮缩水甘油醚(GAP)相对分子质量标准物质,对环氧氯丙烷(ECH)可控聚合和氯化聚醚(PECH)的叠氮化反应等进行研究。考察了聚合温度、单体滴加时间及投料比等因素对ECH聚合可控性的影响,PECH相对分子质量对其完全叠氮化时间的影响。结果表明,由可控聚合法直接制备的5个GAP相对分子质量标准物质粗品的数均相对分子质量(Mn)分别为1272,1693,2272,2768,3204,与相应1000±200,1500±200,2000±200,2500±200,3000±200的目标值均极为接近。该研究可为GAP相对分子质量标准物质制备提供一种快捷简便的方法。
Abstract:The controllable polymerization of epichlorhydrin (ECH)and azidation reaction of the polymer of ECH were studied to prepare molecular weight standard reference materialof glycidyl azide polymer(GAP)efficiently. The effects of polymerization temperature, addition time of monomer and ratio of materials on the controllable polymerization and the number average molecular weight(Mn)on the time of azidation reaction of the polymer of ECH were investigated.Results showed that Mn of five molecular weight grades of standard reference material of GAP which prepared by controllable polymerization were 1272, 1693, 2272, 2768 and 3204 respectively, which were closed to objective values corresponding.The objective values were 1000±200, 1500±200, 2000±200, 2500±200 and 3000±200. This study can provide a simple and convenient method to prepare relative molecular weight standard reference material of GAP.
