摘要:采用高温高压密闭溶样前处理技术,结合电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定土壤中多种有毒元素含量。试样用2 mL逆王水(盐酸与硝酸的体积比为1∶3)为消解剂,在密闭罐中于160℃下消解6 h后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定铜、铬、镉、砷、汞和铅6 种有毒元素。铜、铬、镉、砷、汞和铅6种元素的质量浓度在0~20 μg/L范围内与信号强度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r均大于0.99,检出限为0.01~0.11 μg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.3%~5.6%(n=5),加标回收率为91.2%~104.6%。该方法样品处理简单,节能环保,可用于土壤、水系沉积物等样品中6种有毒元素的同时测定。 
Abstract:A high-temperature and high-pressure sealed sample dissolving pretreatment technology was used, and the contents of various toxic elements in soil were simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The sample were digested with 2 mL reverse aqua regia(voulume ratio of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid was 1∶3) in a closed tank for 6 h under the temperature of 160℃, then six toxic elements including copper, chromium, cadmium, arsenic, mercury and lead were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The mass concentration of Cu, Cr, Cd, As, Hg, Pb had a good linear relationship with its signal intensity in the range of 0-20 μg/L, and the linear correlation coefficients r were all more than 0.99, the detection limits were 0.01-0.11 μg/L. The relative standard deviations of determination results were 1.3%-5.6%(n=5), and the spiked recoveries were 91.2%-104.6%. The method is easy in sample pretreatment, environment-friendly, it can be used for simultaneous determination of six toxic elements including Cu, Cr, Cd, As, Hg, Pb in soil, river sediments etc.
