Determination of F-，NO3-，SO42- in hemodialysis water by ion chromatography with on line eluent generator

摘要：建立血液透析水中F-，NO3-，SO42-的淋洗液在线发生-离子色谱检测法。采用ICS-1100型离子色谱仪，IonPac AS19型(250 mm×4 mm)色谱柱，淋洗液自动发生装置在线产生高纯度的KOH溶液作为淋洗液，流量为1 mL/min，以电导检测器检测，色谱峰面积外标法定量。3种阴离子的质量浓度与色谱峰面积在测定范围内呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.9998)，检出限为0.002～0.01 mg/L，测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.26%～0.88%(n=6)，加标回收率为98.0%～101.1%。该法操作简单，分析快速，灵敏度高，重现性好，能够准确检测血液透析水中的F-，NO3-，SO42-，可用于血液透析水的质量控制。
Abstract：A method was developed for determining F-, NO3-, SO42- in hemodialysis water by ion chromatography with on-line eluent generator. The ion chromatograph of ICS-1100 was used with chromatographic column of Ionpac AS19(250 mm×4 mm) and on-line eluent generator which produced high-purity KOH automatically. The flow rate was 1 mL/min and the inorganic anions of F-, NO3- and SO42- were detected by conductivity detector, the external standard method was used for the quantification by peak area of chromatograph. The mass concentration of 3 inorganic anions was linear with peak area of chromatograph in the detection range with the correlation coefficient no less than 0.9998. The detection limits were in the range of 0.002-0.01 mg/L, and the relative standard deviations of detection results were between 0.26% and 0.88%(n=6), and the recoveries were between 98.0% and 101.1%. The method is simple, speedy, sensitive, it is suitable for determination of F-, NO3-, SO42- in hemodialysis water, which can be used for quality control of hemodialysis water.
