摘要:采用吹扫捕集法富集地表水样中的氯苯,用气相色谱-质谱法进行测定。吹扫捕集流量为40 mL/min,吹扫时间为12 min,氯化钠加入量为2.5 g/(5 mL),以DB-624色谱柱进行分离。氯苯的质量浓度在0~40.0 μg/L范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r0.9994,检出限为0.07 μg/L。加标回收率为93.4%~98.1%,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于3%(n=7)。该方法检出限低,精密度和准确度满足分析测试要求,适用于地表水中痕量氯苯的测定。 
Abstract:The chlorobenzene in surface water was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry after being enriched by purge and trap method. The purging and collecting flow rate was 40 mL/min, purging time was 12 min and the the amount of adding sodium chloride was 2.5 g/(5 mL). The sample was separated by DB-624 column. The concentration of chlorobenzene was linear with the peak area in the range of 0-40.0 μg/L, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9994, and the detection limit was 0.07 μg/L. The recoveries of the spikes were 93.4%-98.1%, and the relative standard deviations of determination results were less than 3%(n=7). The detection limit of the method was low and its precision and accuracy can meet the test requirements, so it is suitable for the detection of benzene in surface water.
