Determination of 7 Kinds of Anions in Residue of Fire Explosion by Ion Chromatography

摘要: 建立了离子色谱法测定爆炸残留物中F-,Cl-,NO2-,SO42-,Br-,NO3-,PO43- 7 种阴离子的方法。采用抑制电导检测器,以DIONEX IonPac®AS11-HC 型阴离子交换柱为分离柱,柱箱温度为40℃,以22 mmol/L KOH 溶液为淋洗液,流量为1.20 mL/min。F-,Cl-,NO2-,SO42-,Br-,NO3-,PO43- 在各自范围内均呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限在0.06~0.15 mg/L之间,加标回收率为92.5%~101.3%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.86%~2.79%(n=7)。该方法简便、快捷,选择性好,灵敏度高,可满足分析要求。
Abstract:A method to determine 7 kinds of inorganic anions ofF-, Cl-, NO2-, SO42-, Br-, NO3-, PO43- in explosiveresidues by ion chromatography was developed. DIONEX IonPac®AS11-HC Anion-exchange column was used for
seperation and the column oven temperature was 40℃. 22 mmol/L KOH solution was used as the eluent with the flow rate of 1.20 mL/min. The results showed that F-, Cl-, NO2-, SO42-, Br-, NO3-, PO43- had good linearity in its own linear range. The correlation coefficients were more than 0.999. The method detection limits were 0.06-0.15 mg/L. The relative standard deviation of determination results was 92.5%-101.3% and the standard addition recovery was 1.86%-2.79%(n=7).The method is simple, quick, selective and sensitive, and it can meet the requirement of the analysis.
