摘要:建立气相色谱-质谱方法测定纤维板和刨花板中6种邻苯二甲酸酯的方法。样品用正己烷提取后,采用HP-5MS毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm)分离,以内标法进行定量。邻苯二甲酸酯BBP,DBP,DEHP,DNOP在0.2~2 μg/mL范围内线性均良好,检出限为2 mg/kg;DINP,DIDP在2.0~20 μg/mL范围内线性均良好,检出限为10 mg/kg。线性相关系数均大于0.999。样品加标回收率为86.00%~95.17%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.06%~9.72% (n=6)。该方法具有较高的灵敏度,可应用于各类纤维板和刨花板产品中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的检测。
Abstract:A method for the determination of 6 kinds of phthalate in fibreboard and particleboard by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was established. The sample was extracted with n-hexane and separated on HP-5MS capillary column (30 m×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm), the internal standard quantitative method was used. Linear range of BBP, DBP, DEHP, DNOP were 0.2-2 μg/mL with detection limit (3S/N) of 2 mg/kg, while linear range of DINP, DIDP was 2.0-20 μg/mL with detection limit (3S/N) of 10 mg/kg. The addition recoveries were 86.00%-95.17%, and the relative standard deviations of detection results were in the range of 3.06%-9.72% (n=6). The method is suitable for the determination of PAEs in fibreboard and particleboard with higher sensitivity.
