摘要:研究了对苯醌与克拉霉素之间的荷移反应。对苯醌与克拉霉素于 39℃在甲醇 -水(1∶2)中反应 60 min,可生成稳定的荷移络合物,络合物在 360 nm处的吸光度与克拉霉素的质量浓度在 37.40~186.99 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为《em>A=0.002 54ρ+0.59779,相关系数r=0.9986。该方法应用于样品中克拉霉素含量的测定,回收率为 97%~104%,测定值的相对标准偏差为 3.56%(n=5)。该反应可用于测定克拉霉素的含量。 
Abstract:The charge transfer reaction between clarithromycin with benzoquinone was studied. The results showed that p-benzoquinone and clarithromycin can produce a charge transfer complex under 39℃ in the aqueous methanol solution(1∶2) with the reaction lasting 60 min. The absorbance at 360 nm of charge-transfer complex between clarithromycin with benzoquinone was linear with the mass concentration of clarithromycin in the range of 37.40-186.99 mg/L and the linear equation was A=0.00254ρ+0.59779 with the correlation coefficient of 0.9986. Clarithromycin tablets was analized by this method and the recovery was tested by standard addition method, giving values in the range of 97%-104%, and the relative standard deviation of results was 3.56% (n=5). This method may be used to determine the content of clarithromycin.
