摘要:采用离子色谱法测定土壤浸提液中的 Cl-和 SO42-。选择 2.0 mmol/L Na2CO3-1.3 mmol/L NaHCO3混合液为淋洗液,流速为 2 mL/min,在此条件下,Cl-保留时间为 1.96 min,SO42-保留时间约为 12.26 min,Cl-,SO42-的质量浓度分别在 2~8,10~30 mg/L 范围内与色谱参数线性相关,相关系数分别为 0.999 4 和 0.999 7,Cl-,SO42-的平均加标回收率分别为 93.8%,105.4%,测量结果的相对标准偏差均小于 1%(n=6)。该法适用于土壤中 Cl-和 SO42-的测定。
Abstract:Ion chromatography was used to detect chloride ion and sulfate ion in soil. The mixture of 2.0 mmol/L sodium carbonate and 1.3 mmol/L sodium bicarbonate solution was selected to be mobile phase, and the flow rate was 2 mL/min. In such circumstances, the retention time of chloride ion was 1.96 min, sulfate ion was about 12.26 min. A good linear relationship was obtained between the mass concentration and the chromatograph parameter in the range of 8-10 mg/L Cl- and 10-30 mg/L SO42-, the linear correlation coefficients were 0.9994 and 0.9997, the recovery rates were 93.8% and 105.4%, respectively. The measuring relative standard deviation were all less than 1%(n=6). The method was suitable for the determination of Cl- and SO42- in soil.
